Ways to Get Involved

The National Civics Bee® is a nonpartisan civics competition that encourages young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. Participating 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will showcase their civics knowledge for a chance to win recognition and cash prizes.

There are many ways to support the bee:

  • Share with any Kansas middle school students you know!
  • Share with any Kansas educators, school district staff, or community leaders!
  • Volunteer as a essay judge
  • Sponsorship opportunities
  • Attend the live competition

The Overland Park Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
