Oak Park Mall celebrates 50th anniversary
Mayor Curt Skoog joined Chamber President Tracey Osborne Oltjen on October 23, 2025, to help CBL Properties celebrate the 50th anniversary of Oak Park Mall.
Since opening in 1975, Oak Park Mall has been a major economic driver for Overland Park. The mall was developed by Copaken, White & Blitt (now Copaken Brooks) in conjunction with Frank Morgan and Sherman Dreiseszun.
