Chairman's Message

December 2020

From the Business Perspective Newsletter

A year like no other

As I write this, 2020 is nearly in the books.  What a year.  A Super Bowl victory, the “first wave” of the pandemic, conserving PPE, school and business shutdowns, The CARES Act and Paycheck Protection Program, hybrid school, the census, protests and demonstrations demanding racial inequities and injustices be addressed, the election, the “second wave” of the pandemic… yes, 2020 has been a year unlike any other.

2020 has been a year unlike any other.  As business leaders, you have proven you were up to its challenges.  As chamber members, you have been witnesses to the tremendous value the chamber provides.  And this is why #WeOPChamber.
