Overland Park, Kan., August 3, 2026 – The Overland Park Chamber is one of 12 chambers of commerce to receive a Communications Award of Excellence from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

The award was received for All in OP, a website the Chamber launched to address regional talent attraction and retention needs. It positions Overland Park as an ideal place to both work and live by showcasing career opportunities, lifestyle amenities and community connections. It features employer storytelling, job search tools, a cost-of-living calculator, relocation resources and SEO-optimized content.

The website, and its associated digital marketing, is in response to employers’ requests and was made possible by public and private investors in our Opportunity NOW initiative.

The site has generated more than 1,800 active users in all 50 states and 22 countries, 1,200+ job searches, 5,300 social media connections and 400 newsletter subscribers, with growth driven largely by organic traffic. Chamber partners also are reporting positive recruitment outcomes from their visibility on the site.

The judges noted: “This entry was dynamic, engaging and a valuable resource for the community. The website is successfully selling the area from multiple viewpoints. The photos and testimonials from community members are a standout feature, as is the movement and navigation of the site.”

Visitors to the website can subscribe to a weekly newsletter featuring news, happenings and events in Overland Park.
