Overland Park, Kan., June 2, 2026 – The Overland Park community celebrated the opening of a new gathering space in Downtown Overland Park – a reconstructed Farmers Market and the newly named Clock Tower Landing.

The Overland Park Farmers Market is a vibrant public gathering place that builds community pride and spirit by bringing together shoppers of all ages and interests. For 40 years, vendors have been providing farm-to-table food at the market. Vendors offer shoppers a wide variety of products, including fresh produce, local foods and unique specialty items. The Farmers Market helps you eat locally and in season while supporting your community.

Begun in December 2024, the reconstruction project included restoring the clock tower and reconstructing the plaza to make the area more accessible and welcoming.

Clock Tower Landing features:

• New indoor spaces for Overland Park Farmers Market vendors and shoppers
• Permanent shade structures in outdoor spaces
• Additional seating for market visitors
• Expanded restroom access
• Improvements to spaces adjacent to the market structure, including the Clock Tower Plaza, Overland Park Drive and Marty Street
• Continued access to parking during non-market days

A new, friendlier place to gather for watch parties, concerts, and other public events in Downtown Overland Park, adjacent to future private development.
