“Entrepreneurs often just need a small boost at the right time to unlock their next stage of growth. That’s exactly what this micro-grant program is intended to do,” said Libbey Tucker, Overland Park Chamber Senior Vice President of Economic Development.

“By awarding up to $3,000 to these small businesses, we are fueling momentum, encouraging innovation, and reinforcing our commitment to a thriving entrepreneurial environment. We expect this program to generate meaningful economic impact by strengthening local businesses, supporting job creation, and fostering a more resilient and vibrant small business ecosystem,” Tucker said.

The grant was made possible with the support of private investors in the Overland Park Chamber’s Opportunity NOW initiative and the City of Overland Park.
